Compost made from Greater Bendigo’s kerbside organics collection will be available for free on Saturday April 20, 2024.

Registrations are essential and must be made by Friday April 19 (unless fully booked prior).

Small, 6x4 household trailer-size loads and prebagged compost will be available for collection from the City of Greater Bendigo’s Depot in Golden Square, entry via Thistle Street.

Collections will be contactless, and your details will be confirmed when you enter. You must have your booking details ready to show City of Greater Bendigo staff at the entry gate, and you must remain in your car while your trailer is loaded. Please bring a tarp to cover your trailer.

There is a limited amount of compost available, so book early and be prepared to queue while trailers are loaded on the day.
