Here is some awesome photography of a strong Aurora over Petrel Cove a couple of nights ago. Hopefully the guests staying that night witnessed it, as it would have been in sight from the porch at The Bluff at Battye.

🐳🐳 4.34pm - Whales have been sighted approximately 100 metres from the shore south of the boat ramp at O’Sullivans Beach.

🐳🐳4.02pm - Two Whales have been sighted blowing approximately 50-150metres from the shore in Hallett Cove.

🐳🐳🐳11.53am - Several Whales have been reported breaching around Christies Beach heading North towards Hallett Cove.

🐳11.10am - We have received reports of Whales approximately 100-200 metres out from Christies Beach, between Christies Beach Surf Life Saving Club and Gulfview Road, Christies Beach.

🐳10.00am - A Humpback has been sighted just off of the breakwater on Granite Island, Victor Harbor.

🐳9.50am - A Humpback Whale was reported around Oliver's Reef facing East, Hayborough.

🐳8.33am - A Whale has been reported between Wright Island and Seal Island, Victor Harbor.
