PHOTO COMPETITION: This is your chance to win a Blue Dirt season pass for the upcoming season plus a swag of goodies. First place will be awarded to the 'most fun' photo taken at Ignition this year. The winning photo from 2023 is shown in this post 🍑😂 . Winners announcement will be 8:45pm Saturday in the beer hall. You MUST be there to receive the prize. If you're not there, we will redraw.

This years Women's Ride at Ignition is presented by the legends at Juliana Bicycles

Juliana Bicycles mission is to encourage more women to experience the best of mountain biking, and what better way to do it than at Ignition. Juliana will also be putting on free espresso martini's for the first 40 women to turn up at 1:45pm. YES YOU HEARD CORRECT.

🗓 When: Saturday at 2:00 PM 📍 Where: Meet at the 'Juliana Women's Ride' sign in the event village by 1:45 PM. No booking necessary.

There will also be some other great giveaways so don't miss out.

Bosch eBike Systems will have a fully stacked lineup of eBikes for you to demo at Ignition including 19 eBikes from 7 different brands including: Santa Cruz, Commencal, Focus, Norco, Orbea, Cube and Canyon.

Two of these brands will be showcasing the new Performance Line CX; Santa Cruz Vala and the Cube Stereo Hybrid ONE 44 HPC SLX. There will also be two models of Performance Line SX from Canyon and Norco and all other models running the previous generation CX with all being smart systems.

Bosch are giving you the chance to come ride with them on their guided ride experience, by taking a Bosch powered eBike out on the Bosch demo loop course with the best mountain biking trails Falls Creek has to offer. Rides take in Vortex and Jump Start trail for a fun 4.1km 45 minute loop.

FULL LINEUP: Lock n load! The Ignition party isn't far away! We've had a slight change in SAT nights entertainment with the lads from Tudor Club stepping up to replace The Settlement who unfortunately can no longer come.

We've got a heap of live music across the weekend starting with FRI evening around the fire pits in the Festival village. Saturday will have live sets in the event village peaking with The Smith Street Band closing the Bright Brewery Beer Hall for the night (10:30pm).
BUT THAT’S NOT ALL... This year the party continues with an official afterparty kickin' at The Man Hotel with DJ Pixzie spinning beats until the early morning.
Sunday sippers will be a go with live tunes all arvo in the event village as we wind down. Check out the last image for all set times.

Our event village will be moving from the Slalom Car Park to the Gully Car Park (400m down the road) offering a larger area to play with. Have you booked the Fainters Social Ride at Ignition?
This ride is not for the faint hearted. Arguably the best back country ride in Australia. Technical climbs. Technical descents. Massive views. Targeted at riders who are intermediate/advanced technical riders (climbing/descent) and have advanced fitness levels. Taking anywhere from 3-6 hours, this ride will test even the best.

This is a self supported social ride meaning all riders must carry food/water/spare parts etc. We will have social leaders out on the trail helping along the way and providing words of encouragement as you're crossing a creek with wet feet or swearing at the next climb.

This ride takes up most of SAT starting with a ride briefing at 7:45am.
