During a clean out of our office at home today I have found some spare Wockys Place shirts. It was never my Intention to sell merchandise online, but people seem to love these 😂

So, because we have sold quite a few of these at our local pub here on the mainland, some off our literal backs on ANZAC day at Orchid Beach, and to random patrons at the Orchid Beach pub, I thought I’d share them here.

There won’t be anymore being made. A few sizes and styles available.

Little cuties 🐕

🐾 Winter is feeding time for the island's newborn wongari (dingo) pups! Their alpha mothers are fiercely protective and may become aggressive as they search for food to nourish their little ones. The pack works together, with the alpha male sometimes taking 'pup duty' while the others hunt. 🦴

Wongari only have pups once a year, and it's the dominant alpha pair's responsibility to ensure successful breeding and raising of the pups. 🤝 Their dens are carefully guarded and hidden, shielding them from other wongari packs and securing their survival. 🏞️

👥The social system within wongari packs dictates that not all pups can make it to adulthood. Typically, only two to three pups survive until the next breeding season. 🐾 Although they gain independence around 3-4 months, pups still rely on their family pack for survival until the next breeding season arrives. 🌱

🚫 Remember, wongari are wild apex predators, and the best way to protect yourself, fellow visitors, and the wongari is by understanding their natural behaviour and giving them space. 🙌
