Five personal bests big shout out to Charlotte Jackson winning in $100 in the dash for cash 3 second PB over 800.
Samuel Duncan Chase Jardine Xavier Walsh and Sarah Fitzpatrick also running big personal bests. Hugh jackets for one of the smallest squads in the state.

Congratulations to Richard Charles Mitchell, OAM in today's Australia Day honours. Mitch was a mentor to myself for six years before he tragically fell to prostate cancer just under 3 years ago. A big shout out to his oldest son Alex who instigated it, I was privileged to be asked by Alex to assist him with references the Mitch.🏅

A big well done to three of our squad members who competed in the all schools athletics championships over the last two weekends. Charlotte two personal bests 800 and steeple, Jonty fourth today in tough conditions in the 3000m only a couple seconds outside his best.
And a big well done to Noah who's only been with our squad for the last few months. An outstanding effort to finish 5th in steeple in his age group under 14.
He backed it up this weekend with 2 personal bests over 800m making the final of the 800 this afternoon finishing 7th against more experienced competitors. Proud coach excellent work
