🚌🌟 Recently our fabulous Gladstone Region Ambassadors went on a road trip to Biloela!

Our incredible Customer Experience Manager, Amy, organised an amazing famil exploring our neighbouring region of Banana Shire.

Here are some of the awesome activities that were organised:

🏞️ Queensland Heritage Park Biloela - An insightful tour through history.
🍔 Settlers Hotel - Enjoyed a delicious lunch and great company.
🛍️ Little Market Co. - Explored charming shops and unique finds.
🎨 Banana Shire Regional Art Gallery Biloela - Immersed ourselves in creativity and talent.
🎶 Bus Games Galore - trivia, bingo, and karaoke brought endless laughter.

🚐 Gladstone Region Tours - Thank you for the seamless transport!

Did you know that every Wednesday and Sunday, Curtis Ferry Services run a Port of Gladstone Harbour Tour from 11am - 1pm.

A fantastic way to experience Gladstone's enormous and busy harbour, you get to discover Auckland Inlet, Gladstone Port, Auckland Point, the tug berth, harbour islands, Curtis Island LNG plants and local industry.

Bookings are essential and can be made in our Gladstone Visitor Information Centre or by calling 4972 9000.

Head on down to the Gladstone Visitor Information Centre to see our new addition!

The team at Santos GLNG have been kind enough to loan us their plant model to have on display here for everyone to see. The model depicts the plant in it's construction phase, complete with workers accommodation and information on how GLNG produce LNG as well as a map of other facilities in the Port of Gladstone. This is a great addition to the Information Centre, as the industry in the Port of Gladstone are a real draw card for not only tourists, but locals as well.

If you are looking for an up close look at these facilities as well as expert commentary, why not hop on the Curtis Ferry Services barge for their Port of Gladstone Harbour Tour which will run every Wednesday and Sunday beginning on Easter Sunday.

✨ It's Official ✨ The TODAY Show is broadcasting live from 1770, next Tuesday the 26th September from 6am - 9am!

There will be a World Record attempt by SUP DOG OZ, plus Karl and Dickie will explore the area on a Harley inspired motorbike tour and try their hand at offshore fishing with Fishing offshore 1770 charters.

This broadcast is part of the Today Show's 'We Love Australia' Adventure.

Thanks must go out to Gladstone Regional Council. DCTC Inc., Gladstone Ports Corporation and Gladstone Airport Corporation who've worked in collaboration with us to make this all possible.
