**UPDATE**
As many of our passengers are already aware, we have had a number of interruptions to our seaplane services over the last few days.
These interruptions have been caused by unforeseen aircraft maintenance. We are having considerable difficulty getting the required aircraft parts sourced and delivered from both within Australia and overseas, which is understandable at this time of year.
Safety of our passengers and staff has, and alway will be the primary concern for the team at Australia By Seaplane. We do not take shortcuts with the maintenance of our aircraft and will only recommence our services when our elite aircraft engineers have completed the necessary works.
Unfortunately, there is very little we can do to speed up the process, however in the meantime we are doing everything possible to assist our passengers with alternate travel options.
We thank all of our passengers and guests for your understanding and patience at this time.
Obviously this isn't the way we envisioned 2019 coming to a close, however we'd like to take this opportunity to thank all of our guests, passengers and staff for the past year. We wish you all a happy and prosperous new year
**Big things are coming in 2020!
We have a very exciting new destination on the Great Barrier Reef opening early next year. We can't say too much just yet, but if adventure is on your bucket list for 2020... watch this space!
