2.5 bathrooms and separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. Gourmet kitchen with an incredible view. Large Family Webber BBQ on private balcony. Situated on the 6th floor, the apartment is very private and secure. There are only 4 apartments per floor in Contessa, with FOB access required to enter building and to access the floor by lift. Contessa's Condaminums feature extensive manicured grounds, heated indoor/outdoor pools, gym, spa, sauna and tennis court. The only reason to leave is to walk across the road to the beach! You'll feel immediately at home in the upmarket suburb of Main Beach with it's restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping only a 5 min stroll away. Just a 2 minute walk to patrolled Main Beach and Tedder Ave and Main Beach surf club is 5 mins away. The apartment has 1 underground secure parking spot (bay #52). In addition, there is on site and plenty of off street parking. GC tram stop approx. 300m from the front door accessing all stops including Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Our Happy place has a strict no smoking, no party policy - it’s a family holiday unit in a quiet residential apartment complex. What’s SUP???

One of the activities my family love to do is Stand Up Paddle Boarding at Go Vertical SUP Hire
It’s just a 5 min drive to Budds Beach in Surfers Paradise where you can hire a SUP or kayak and paddle past the beautiful waterfront homes and even paddle past our building!
You don’t have to be an expert, they provide instruction, or maybe consider a guided tour.

This picture was taken today from our kitchen window, they are paddling around Macintosh Island Park.

One of our favourite things to do on a hot day is sit at Hot Shott and sip a Mango Weis Bar Smoothie and people watch in Tedder Ave.
Just a few minutes stroll from the apartment.

Our recent guests spent Christmas week at our apartment and really appreciated that we provided a place for Santa to leave his presents for their kids.🎄 🎁
We loved decorating the apartment so it felt like home for them.
They also loved our fully equipped kitchen, being able to cook up a festive storm! 🍗
