Accor Vacation Club is one of Australia and New Zealand's leading holiday and lifestyle programs. The Club is operated by A.P.V.C Ltd which is known as the Responsible Entity and is part of the Accor Group, the largest and fastest growing hotel management group in the Asia Pacific region with operations across 16 countries, covering a full spectrum of locations and hotel styles from luxury to budg

et. The Club commenced operation in Australia in 2000 and was Australia’s first hotel branded holiday ownership club. It is a Managed Investment Scheme registered with and regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) in accordance with Chapter 5C of the Corporations Act 2001 (Corporations Act). The relationship between the Club and its Members is governed by the Club’s Constitution. Among other things, the Constitution provides that Club Property is to be held by its Responsible Entity on trust. The Constitution also confers on Members a beneficial interest in Club Property proportionate to their level of Membership. The term of the Club is 80 years from its commencement on 10 October 2000. This term may be extended by a special resolution of the Members at the end of this period, or if not it will be wound up.

Whale-y good news: it's the start of whale season in the Margaret River Region! 🐋

Each year, an estimated 35,000 whales make the epic migration from the Antarctic to our warmer waters to breed and nurse their young. Kicking off from June to early December, the region plays host to one of the longest whale watching seasons in Australia.

Their first port of call? 📍 Flinders Bay, Augusta.

Without a doubt, the best way to experience Augusta's whales is on-board a whale watching tour with All Sea Charters Whale Watching, Naturaliste Charters Whale Watching and Whale Watch Western Australia, and if you're in luck - you may catch a glimpse of them from the shore or atop Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse too.

The humpback whales then head directly up north, where the pregnant females who mated last year have their calves, then return to Geographe Bay near Busselton and Dunsborough, where they rest and nurse their young from September to early December.
