Trent has shown that through persistence comes results 📉
His goal this Challenge was gaining muscle and increasing his strength and he achieved that by sticking to the meal plan and being consistent with his training.
Not only did he gain muscle mass and increase his 3RM across all lifts, but he lost body fat as well!
