The Silver Fern crew crossed the Bass Strait. ⛵️
The Bass Strait separates Tasmania from the Australian mainland and has a notorious reputation as one of the most treacherous bodies of water in the world. 🫣
Luckily for the Silver Fern crew, we timed our passage just right and enjoyed some glamorous sailing conditions instead!

The crew had a spectacular visit to the island and loved how much there is to do: surfing, swimming, hiking...paradise!
The crew is currently sailing from Southport to Lord Howe to Hobart, and Skipper Jason checks in with them along the way ⛵️

We were blessed with dolphins this morning and sunny skies which have turned into grey clouds and choppy seas. We are riding a north-easterly wind and hope to make landfall overnight.
