Replace “I can’t” with “I won’t” ... And see what changes. I’ve started doing this for EVERYTHING in my life lately, and it’s only brought me so many more opportunities.
By saying this, you’ll realise you CAN do it and you’ll *finally* stop sitting on your hands waiting for the right time. If you keep saying “I can’t” you really don’t want it enough (or aren’t prioritising it) 😒

~Single leg work is a seriooously epic way to diagnose and F.I.X those niggles we get. Like me right now... Dealing with right knee issues AGAIN 🤦♀️ I can’t activate my right glute properly, which is 110% the cause of my knee probs.... I’M WORKING ON IT! 🔥 The third one is my FAVE cos it feels like your abs are on fire 🤪 - it’s harder because you’re “pulling” 1 spring (yellow) whilst also keeping the hips still and shoulders strong.

I did this quick little warm up before a triathlon because I needed my whole body warmed up and ready to race!
🔥Go for 5 sets of 60 secs for a quick workout
🤸♂️I just did 60 secs here to get warm (not fatigued!)
☝️If you’ve got tiles or timber floors, pull out a pair of socks and give it a whirl. This is how I get the body moving when I’m not at work on the REAL reformer 😜
