I've just had a great catch up with my BDM from the Globus Family of Brands which includes Avalon River Cruises, and she was showing me a new itinerary for next year. It looks fantastic so I thought I'd share. It is a 21night combination of The Rhone, The Seine & Bordeaux, taking in all the best spots in France. They arrange all the transfers and hotel stays between the different rivers. All you have to do is begin at the beginning!

BREAKING NEWS - After 90 years of operating Downunder in March 2025 we will be saying goodbye to the P&O Australia brand. Two of the three ships will merge into Carnival Cruise Lines and the Pacific Explorer will be sold.

So, if you are a fan of P&O you only have a few months to squeeze in one last cruise for old times’ sake. There is still lots of space available, but this won't last long as many Australians who know and love the brand will want to say a last farewell.

Perhaps you'd like a short 3-night Comedy Cruise or a longer Pacific Island one to celebrate Christmas or the New Year. Whichever way you want to say goodbye, just call, or email and I can find the cruise for you.

I was so excited to learn about Titan Travel at a presentation this week. Whilst they are new to the Australian market, they have been selling tours from the United Kingdom for 45 years, so they know their stuff! A gentle reminder for you all. Travel Insurance should be taken out when you pay anything on your trip. Just this week I've had two clients have to cancel bookings due to injuries, they'd both decided to wait before they did their insurance as they thought they'd have plenty of time (they didn't). They were going to see if they could get a better deal than the company I use but never got around to doing anything. They will now both lose deposits and face hefty airline cancellation fees. I hate situations like this, so please trust me when I say that you need insurance and I'm not just nagging you for the fun of it. 😢

We’re here in Sitka to join our cruise today, sadly it’s not the best day for sightseeing. Apparently 2 out of 3 days in Sitka it rains! We picked the wrong day to be here it would seem. But found a great place for breakfast where they serve Mimosas by the jug, we need this in Australia 😂 Adrian made a new friend along the way as well. There are taxidermy animals everywhere 😢
Now we wait to board our ship.
