Awesome fun & non stop action with the families & kids on board our inshore charter today in the Gold Coast Broadwater 🎣

We caught a variety of fish, plus squid and crabs 🦀
We also had some up close and personal visits with the local swans and dolphins 🐬

Our Broadwater charters are perfect for kids and families who want a fun day of fishing, learning new skills & sightseeing, without having to go into the open ocean (no seasickness!). We use a variety of different baits, as well as lures & crab pots when conditions allow.

🏝 Inshore/calm water fishing available Friday 17th Jan, 6am - 11am.

🎣 Fishing the sheltered waters of the Gold Coast Broadwater and rivers for whiting, bream, flathead, jewfish & more, with bait & lures.
🦀 Crabbing included! We also provide soft drinks and water.
😋 It’s your choice to keep, release or share your catch.

We take a maximum of 8 people on our inshore charters, so there’s plenty of elbow room. The price is $125pp.

🎄 It was our turn for a Christmas party recently 🎅🏻

The crew had to work hard for the fish on a slow bite day, but had epic weather, a few laughs, a few brews 🍻 and came home with a couple of targets ticked off the 2025 list already, a couple of PB’s for the newest crew members, and a feed of quality fish 🎣

😱 Sorry we’ve been a bit quiet here, we have been FLAT CHAT since the start of 2025, with 2 booked out charters every day, and (mostly) good weather ☀️

It was awesome to kick the year off with some summer pelagic action, catching all of our summer target species (Spanish/spotted/school mackerel, mahi mahi, wahoo & Marlin) in the first week of 2025 🎉, as well as some nice tusk fish & pearl perch.

The GC crowds are starting to thin out as people head back to work, and we have upcoming availability 🗓

🎉 Awesome way to see out 2024, with some decent mackerel activity through the morning and a surprise 115cm mahi mahi beating the macks to a livey being the arvo highlight 💥

🔪 An easy way to fillet your mackerel with just one knife and some handy local amenities 🐟

✅ This is a great option for visitors who don’t have a kitchen or area to fillet.
You can buy a suitable fillet knife from our local tackle shops, from a $10 cheapie to a good quality knife to keep for future fishin’ missions.
There is a filleting station at Loder’s Creek boat ramp, just a 5 minute drive from the marina, as well as plenty of free BBQ’s in Gold Coast parks.
