This week in our feasibility study, Matt discusses professional fees and consultant costs. Under this section, it is important to include several costs such as your surveyor, architect, civil engineer, structural engineer and landscape architect to name a few. It is really important in your feasibility to make sure that you have an allocated budget for consultant inspections throughout the construction and also ensuring you have a contingency plan.
