Duties would include cleaning buses and general yard duties.
Must have a car licence to enable part collection and drop off drivers etc.
Will train the right person and assist in acquiring MR licence and gaining experience driving HR vehicles
Permanant part time position 25 hours per week.

To cope with increased demand, Concorde coaches are seeking the services of a couple of casual charter drivers.
Duties would include school charter, school camps, swim shuttles and other general charter jobs
If you want one day a week or a day every now and then we welcome you, if you have a current MR Or higher licence, current TMR driver authorisation and a good driving history.
We welcome anyone who has a great attitude and is a safe driver.
Above award wages and work when you want / how much or how little you like.
Would likely suit semi retired or someone slowing down.

Concorde coaches has been trading since 2005. This year is our 20th anniversary. From a single coach to our current fleet of vehicles we have certainly grown beyond our intentions, especially considering the shutdowns over the pandemic.
Thanks to our loyal customers and staff, who have stuck by us and enabled our growth.
Josh decided it was time to update the image and this is the new look. Something bold and modern, whilst maintaining certain elements of our existing livery.
Gradually the whole fleet will get changed over (Timmy the yellow bus and Fernando the purple bus will be losing their special colours this year)

School Bus Driver (Casual Position)

Concorde Coaches are currently looking for casual school bus drivers to join our team in the Ipswich area. We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team.

This is a Monday - Friday Position assisting with charters when required.

Duties Include
- Transport students to and from school in the mornings and afternoon.
- Maintain and clean bus after each run.
- Ensure safety of all students and customers.
- Knowledge and compliance with workplace health and safety practices.

The successful applicant must:
- MUST have MR or above licence.
- MUST have Drivers Authorisation.
- Experience within the bus industry - Desirable, but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and practices - safety conscious mindset.
- Strong work ethic and reliability

Concorde Coaches are currently looking for qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our team in the Ipswich area. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team ASAP.

Duties Include
- Repair and diagnosis of a range of mechanical faults
- Troubleshooting and problem solving of vehicles.
- Servicing and routine inspections of our fleet.
- Knowledge and compliance with workplace health and safety practices
- Monday - Friday with overtime available,

The successful applicant must:
- MUST have qualification within mechanics and proven experience.
- Experience within the bus industry - Desirable, but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and practices safety conscious mindset.
- Strong work ethic and reliability

20 hrs per week approx am and pm school runs. (630-830am and 240-440pm)
Same run every day, with own bus when possible.
Automatic, air conditioned, seatbelted bus.
Above award wages, would consider permanent part time if thats preferred employment basis.
Opportunity for additional charter between school runs and on holidays or weekends.

WE ARE HIRING

1.
School bus drivers required, commencing term 2 2024.
We require two school bus drivers for commencement 15/4/24
20-25 hours per week
$35 per hour
Paid weekly
Super paid weekly.
Uniform provided
Possibility to boost hours between school runs on school charters.

2. Charter drivers, casual drivers required for after school sports, seniors trips, inbound groups and general charter, tours and overnight trips. Suit semi retired coach captains or those that have charter experience and want to just do casual work.

3. Mechanic / emergency driver.
Full time position -
Duties include regular scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as well as preventative maintenance on our fleet of coaches.
Most coaches are cummins / allison spec with a hino and fuso thrown in for good measure.
Must be able to meet schedules and complete workload in a reasonable time.
Must be computer literate, we have insite and our maintenance system is all computer generated.
Bus experience a definite advantage. Must be trade qualified heavy vehicle mechanic.
Salary negotiable, commensurate with experience.
Must have MR licence to enable road test of vehicles.
Yard location riverview.

New seats in one of our buses. The old “leather” seats were sad and tired After being in harsh WA Mine for a few years and 12 months on a school run they were really past their best. Expensive exercise but worth it to put new life into a vehicle. Amazing difference
