Healthy Eating- Gooramadda Style Hummus

Gooramadda Style Hummus

Base:
2 cups Hummus (store-bought)

Toppings:
¼ cup Gooramadda Olives, Kalamata Olives
½ cup cherry tomatoes quartered
½ cup diced cucumber
1 small red onion sliced
1 capsicum thinly chopped
1 garlic clove minced
½ tsp fresh Oregano / chives chopped
¼ cup Gooramadda Olives Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbs parsley & chives chopped

Prepare the Vegetable Topping:
In a medium bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, garlic, and olives, with the herbs & a little olive oil, add a generous pinch of salt.

Assemble the Hummus Platter:
Spread the hummus onto a serving platter or shallow bowl in an even layer.
Spoon the vegetable mixture over the hummus, as shown. Once assembled drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil. Serve with pita bread or sour dough.
