If you need inspiration for your visit to Halls Gap - just visit the Information centre (plus lost of other locations have these) and grab a check list. 📣📒🖊ℹ️ NOTE ❗️➡️Not all these locations are currently open, BUT you can start on your checklist and take it home, put it on the fridge to remind you for when you come back all the other locations you need to visit!

Starting this Saturday we have our wine tours back visiting all our favourite Grampians vineyards. The best part to visiting Halls Gap and booking a wine tour is not only enjoying the amazing wines (and beers) but you can feel great about supporting the region with all the locations we visit. As the region gets back on its feet from the recent fire impact. Great News 💚
We are able to welcome you back from tomorrow to Halls Gap! Thank you so much for your patience. Halls Gap will reopen to the public tomorrow, Wednesday 8th of January at 10am.
Gariwerd/The Grampians National Park will remain closed until Friday 10th of January, when it will partially reopen.
While a huge area has burnt (you may have heard people say bigger than Singapore) this only accounts for about a third of our National Park, leaving 2/3 untouched. What an amazing effort by all the crews to achieve this.
On Friday Mt Victory road (C222) will open. The road itself is unaffected. Everything north of this road will open. This includes McKenzie Waterfall and it’s walks, Boroka lookout, Chautauqua Peak and loop walk. In the central park area Boronia Peak walk and Venus Bath walk will be open.
Any of The Pinnacle walks, Reed lookout and the Balconies will remain closed at this stage but they are working very hard to be able to open them up soon.
The Victoria Range will be open and for the south section anything south of Cassidy Gap road with breathtaking Signal Peak, Mt Abrupt and Mt Sturgeon walks will be open. All of the northern section will be open which includes Mt Zero, Hollow Mountain and Mt Stapylton walks and the indigenous rock art sites there.

There is so much to do here, with the Halls Gap Zoo open the Halls Gap Pool the Botanical garden, play ground and BBQ areas plus more.

As far as our tours go - unfortunately we lost all our bookings so you will start to see some tours advertised as we get our scheduled back into gear. But we certainly have lots of options for everyone planning to visit in the future and please visit our website to start planning: https://www.experiencethegrampians.com.au

Plus the fire has been declared officially contained. The town and national park should open very soon - so keep an eye out for the exciting news when it finally breaks 💚🌧️
