This annual event in the majestic Grampians National Park is open to all ages with proceeds going to community projects to enhance the bike and walking paths.

In the meantime, in preparation we're just going to put another log on the fire and put our legs up before catching some zzz...😴

We all know the is teeming with wildlife and birdlife such as this beautiful Australian Raven caught posing near the Pinnacle today. It's one of the reasons we love this magical place. ❤

But this little birdy was quite...well, let's say persistent in his focus on our muesli bar which reminded us of the key rule for wildlife and birdlife - pls don't feed them. 🐦

It's not good for their digestion, it makes them dependent on humans and it can make them a bit of a nuisance.

So the next time you see wildlife and birdlife at the and at Grampians Blue pls smile, maybe take a pic or two and let them go about their day. They'll thank you for it!

For the lucky guests who stayed at and indeed this Easter weekend hope you got a chance to drive 20mins or so down the road to Stawell and catch the iconic Stawell Gift!

Congrats to Harrison Kerr and Carla Bull who claimed the crowns.

We've had the opportunity to check out a couple of day walks on the over December but not the full walk yet but we do like this cover piece in Broadsheet Melbourne.

So it's great to hear that last week local family-owned Grampians winery Fallen Giants Vineyard won the 2021 Jimmy Watson Memorial Trophy with its $35 wine – Fallen Giants Shiraz 2019. 👏

The wine also won trophies for Best Victorian Shiraz and the Trevor Mast Trophy for Best Shiraz. 🍷

Hello everyone,

As you may know, the owners of Grampians Blue, Stephen, and Sheree have decided to move onto exciting new adventures and pass the baton on this wonderful getaway. And so it's with much excitement that my husband and I (not to mention our three young kids!) have decided to take up the challenge.

We love the Grampians (or as we call it 'the Gramps'). We have come here many times over the yrs with the Plantation as one of our favourite camping spots. To us, it's been a place for rest and rejuvenation amongst the majestic surroundings.

As a family who loves camping, hiking, cycling, the outdoors not to mention travel and good food (and wine 🙂 ) we know you will agree with us that the Grampians is a wonderful place to recharge. And like many of you, we are looking forward to checking out the newly launched Grampian Peaks Trail.

The sister property to Grampians Blue, Grampians Vista is no longer available for rent.

Sincere thanks to the many guests from all around Australia and the World who have stayed with us at Grampians Vista over the past decade. We hope that some of them might choose Grampians Blue for their next getaway in the majestic Grampians National Park.

After over 10 years of sharing this special getaway with the public, we have now decided to change pace and use it much more ourselves.

This past week, our last guests stayed at the property. Grampians Vista will no longer be available for rent. We would like to thank the many guests from all around Australia and across the world who have stayed with us over the last decade.

Our other property Grampians Blue , just nearby in Scott Road, will remain available for rent.
