Starting from the 1st of February 2024, regrettably, a "no show" fee will be implemented for clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments.
This decision has been made after careful consideration, as I have experienced a significant number of clients not honouring their appointments. Please be advised that a fee of $50 will be charged for any missed appointments and a new appointment will not be scheduled until the fee has been paid.
To avoid this fee, if you find yourself unable to attend your appointment, I kindly request that you provide me with a 24-hour notice. This will allow me to offer the vacant appointment slot to clients waiting. As a small business, it is essential for me to maximize my working hours in order to maintain our livelihoods.
I greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
