On Sunday's (8/12/24) Dolphin Eco Adventure we caught up with the Australian Humpback dolphins (AHD) - as you can see from the first few images there are some old and new scars visible from shark encounters which are healing well. Dolphins are incredible at adapting to their environments, but their resilience doesn't shield them from the very real threats they face every day such as shark encounters, fishing gear entanglements, boat strikes and habitat destruction.
As well as the AHD we also encountered some local Bottlenose dolphins and an elusive Dugong.

What a beautiful Saturday (7/12/24) morning on the water for our Dolphin Eco Adventure - perfect surface conditions for spotting our local wildlife. Our guests enjoyed visits with the local Bottlenose and Australian Humpback Dolphins as well as a sighting of a Dugong.

We had to be patient on Friday's (6/12/24) Dolphin Eco Adventure with the dolphins making us wait until the very end of the tour. Our patience was rewarded with 6 of our resident Australian Humpback Dolphins giving us a nice close look.

You have shown an amazing work ethic and always professional in everything you do. Your love of all things ocean, incredible photography and great sense of humour has endeared you to many. We hope to see you back for some chill time with the whales in the future. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕 😭

Incredible encounter with 9 or more adult Humpback whales on today’s tour. It was a competitive pod and we think the female came to the vessel trying to shelter from the males.
