No filter needed, only the mind to seek…
As if the the drive to the Tasman Peninsula isn’t beautiful enough! Then you pull into @portarthurlavender & watch huge bumble bees flying amongst a sea of purple!!
Coffee @cubedespresso looking over the breath taking Eagle Hawk Neck, lunch at the Lavender farm then beach walks in Koonya makes for a great day out in south east @tasmania ✌🏼
Hard to not be excited about being at Wave Rock!! How cool is it!!

Been a while since we strapped on the hiking boots & the kids were super keen on this one!!
Only 15mins from Mt Barker we found ourselves in the Pongarup National Park for this epic walk, finishing with breath taking views of @australias_southwest …
•
Was also the first time I’ve had the drone up in a while so if it looks like I’m scared to let it out of my sight it’s cause I was!! 😂 There was no climbing down to recover it!!
•
some days we just don’t make it very far from the ocean

The raw & wild @australias_southwest coast. Sugarloaf rock & it’s surrounding beauty had us mesmerised! Cape Naturaliste should not be missed when in this amazing region. 😍
Driving through fields of Canola in @westernaustralia @australias_southwest is simply breath taking!!
Our drive from Albany to Perth was filled with colour and along with the wildflowers made for a stunning drive!!
•
our recent little road trip took us to the wave rich corner of Ocean Beach in Denmark.
we were lucky enough to see beautiful humpback whales on their migration back south!!
we’ve absolutely loved following these magnificent mammals from #broome all the way down to now in @australias_southwest

Filming between 1-1.5km off shore every second counted. @danielainaustralia & the kids kept watch, looking for spouts, we’re all nervous. The whales luckily spent a lot of time on the surface, I locate them, got a few shots, but my battery is getting low. I’d had the battery low whilst in flight before but I had to push it with this shot... 15/100% left on the battery the footage I got is awesome, I have to turn it around, still over 1km at sea... Everyone’s nervous, my adrenaline running wild... How am I going to make it!? 400m from shore, 5/100% drone says "forced landing now"... Xavia starts crying, I can hear Daniela starting to panic... I’d never gotten to this point before, it’s all unknown territory, the drone starts descending but luckily it allows me to override, I send the drone higher and start bringing it down on an angle... with almost nothing left it lands where I want it, my heart racing, I thought it was gone for sure but it paid off! Wow what a thrill... epic footage, epic journey... Never again says Daniela but I’ve already done it again since! 🤭🤭🤪🤪

Well we never thought we'd be posting something like this on our trip! This week our little boy Marley had a really serious fall in Coral Bay!
•
We rushed him to the Nurses Post in town & were so lucky to be looked after by the most amazing people!
After a long day & a lot of communication with Doctors in Perth it was agreed that he should be flown to Perth on the @royalflyingdoc_wa . We couldn't be more grateful, thankful & so fortunate we live in a country that has services like @royalflyingdoc .
•
After 2 Ambulance rides + 2 RFDS flights we were then met with an amazing team of people at the @perthchildrenshospital .
To the Surgeons, Doctors & Nurses we can't thankyou enough for how you looked after our little boy!
•
If you're ever looking for an organisation to support or donate your money to The Royal Flying Doctor deserves every cent! On a daily basis they make a life changing difference to those in remote Australia!
•
Marley is doing good, We're all a little shocked at what happened but he is his bright bubbly self again & has high spirits! He is amazing us with every hour that goes by!!
•
Our time in @westernaustralia just keeps getting better & better! 💙

Today we celebrate Love!
•
It was a pretty cool moment when we realised we’d be celebrating our 10 year Anniversary on our Lap of Oz!!
We wanted to make sure we celebrated it somewhere special, where we could really pause, reflect & breathe!
•
So we find ourselves on the Ningaloo Coast of @westernaustralia sharing time as a family, together, in & around the ocean each day.
It’s what we love the most & we’re stoked to be able to do this together! 💙
Love you Daniela, as deep as the oceans, to the moon & back ###
Another magical moment swimming with Whale Sharks!
So proud of our kids! They were so amazing in the water and so fascinated by their sheer size and beauty!

still feeling the magic from our day yesterday.
after being on the Ningaloo Reef Coast for a week now we picked a great day to spend with @whalesharkdive and we swam with the most incredible gentle giants of the ocean - Whale Sharks!!
we just can’t believe how beautifully this day came together. after a 5:30am start, & a 1.5 hour drive in intense fog, we joined an amazing team in Exmouth & loved our first morning snorkel.
then the most wonderful moments were had with our two swims with two different Whale Sharks!!
these gentle giants were just so magnificent to watch & swim with.
our kids were so fascinated by them,
they soaked up all their beauty & incredible size!!.
another snorkel with an incredibly beautiful manta-ray topped off the day particularly for Xavia.
we watched humpback whales breaching, dolphins frolicking near the boat & we
sea-gazed the lagoon for turtles & this didn’t disappoint too!.
the love we felt around us was the most powerful experience and it’s something we’ll hold onto & cherish forever.
we can’t thank the crew enough!!
you guys were so genuinely lovely.
you looked after all onboard particularly our little one & were a wealth of information!
the food was great too!
can’t wait to see the pics from @oceanaimee.🙂 🙂
we loved this day so much & to top off our drive home we found an echidna waddling across on the road in the dark that we helped guide to safety.
we’re looking forward to exploring this great part of WA.
