So about Monday night....

We're still catching our breath from an incredible AHA National Awards for Excellence at the show stopping The Star Brisbane! A record breaking 7️⃣ titles for Tasmanian operators in 2024, a truly fantastic achievement for all the people who make our industry so wonderful. While obviously a big congratulations to all the winners, we also congratulate all the finalists & a shoutout to all those who came to represent on the night!

After a few days of dreary weather and more rain on the way, today was a welcome change! 🌦️ Our guests were treated to a spectacular rainbow just as skipper and diver Dan was preparing up some fresh crayfish. 🦞 It’s amazing how a little sunshine (and a range of seafood) can turn a day around. 🌈

Today we ran a late/early Christmas function for some guests. With the weather on our side we changed up from our signature deep to dish to a fishing charter. A great range of fish including Striped Trumpeter!
