It is always delightful to take in these majestic creatures as we cruise the south eastern waterways of Tasmania. We've been fortunate to be regularly spotting a humpback, or two, or three, on our daily Wineglass Bay Cruise during the northern migration the past couple of weeks. Fingers crossed for the next few weeks π€πΌπ. #tassieoffseason
Just a few of our π¬ friends joined us on our Tasman Island Cruise today from Port Arthur. Skipper Hamish said they spotted hundreds of dolphins escorting our yellow boat and several active humpback π on the cruise. This is how we do #tassieoffseason
We were lucky to spot around 15 humpbacks π on today's Wineglass Bay Cruise. Thanks to crew members @euuen and @rex.davidson04 for sharing these snippets of video from today's encounters.
There she blows! Spotted on today's Wineglass Bay Cruise was this gorgeous humpback π joining the northern migration. We love the human oohs and aahs soundtrack. Thanks to crew member @rex.davidson04 for the great footage.
Well look who was on hand to welcome us to Wineglass Bay today. The first π³ of the northern migration season. π Wineglass Bay Cruises crew members Ewen and Rex took this gorgeous footage from today's cruise. It is certainly worth joining us during #tassieoffseason
The faithful Breathing Rock always puts on an impressive display. This height of the spray on this coastal blowhole depends on ocean swell but it is always a highlight on our Bruny Island Cruise. Thanks to @nature.adventures.food for sharing this wonderful footage from a recent cruise. #tassieoffseason
A pod of playful dolphins π¬ always brings joy on our wilderness cruises. Skipper Nick captured this beautiful footage from a recent Tasman Island Cruise from Port Arthur. We have the best backyard to play in!! #tassieoffseason
Thanks to @wootton.tom for capturing this stunning footage of Cape Hauy on a recent Tasman Island Cruise between Eaglehawk Neck and Port Arthur. Featuring some of the highest sea cliffs in the Southern Hemisphere this ancient coastline takes your breath away.
Our dolphin π¬ friends love riding the bow wave π produced by our vessels on our wilderness cruises. These guys are enjoying playing around Schouten Passage II on our Wineglass Bay Cruise. Did you know riding the bow wave is an efficient and energy saving technique, allowing dolphins to travel faster without expending vital energy and have a lot of fun π€©. Thanks to crew member Rex for the great footage.
You can't help but be happy when you see leaping dolphins π¬ π. @journeywiththefriends captured this beautiful video on our Bruny Island Cruise from Adventure Bay.
The perfect seal dive is all about the preparation π. This fella was showing off their technique along the southern coast of Bruny Island. Thanks to @bradleydungca for sharing this footage from a recent Bruny Island Cruise with us.

The captivating Jurassic cliffs and rock formations along the Tasman Peninsula are simply awe inspiring. Thanks to @gahanies_on_tour for sharing this stunning footage from their recent Tasman Island Cruise, showcasing the rugged coastline we get to explore everyday.
How wonderful to just hang out floating along the waters surrounding Bruny Island. These seals were spotted on our Tasmania Seafood Seduction cruise from Hobart to Bruny Island by @gloriarozario . Did you know that when seals rest/sleep on their side with their flippers in the air, they are thermoregulating? They use sun and wind to heat or cool their fins which is circulated through the body.
It's nearly hump day (Wednesday) so we thought a snippet of hanging with our dolphin friends on our Tasman Island Cruise might be the perfect tonic. Thanks to @mulga_dreams for this lovely footage.
Weather conditions over the weekend resulted in impressive blowhole action on today's Bruny Island Cruise along the South Bruny National Park coastline. Thanks to crew member David for this awesome footage.
The Tasman Peninsula coastline is surely one of the world's most spectacular? Our Tasman Island Cruise explores it daily from the water as does our Three Capes cruise which is the first stage of the amazing Three Capes Track walk. @jesse_dees19 took this gorgeous footage whilst participating in the Three Capes Track walk recently capturing the coastline from sea and land.
