**CITY LOOP ROUTE CHANGES MONDAY 16TH DEC 24- TUESDAY 7TH JAN 25**

🚧 Due to extensive waterfront road closures for the Taste of Summer Festival the Red Decker city loop will not be operating at 🚏 Stop C - Salamanca Place, between Mon 16.12.24- Tue 07.01.25, and due to Salamanca Market not at the following stops on Saturdays only:
🚏Stop D - Princes Park
🚏Stop E - Battery Point (Hop off at 🚏 Stop F - St George’s Church to visit Battery Point).

We hope everyone joins in with the all entertainment, food & festivities on offer 🍔🥗🌯🌮🍓🥟🌮🍦🧁 I know we will as we do every year! 😄

🎄 Enjoy the festive atmosphere, find stalls with Christmas fare, Christmas cards, and Christmas decorations. Discover handmade crafts, books, plants, and vintage treasures that make wonderful gifts. Enjoy tea and sweet treats at the garden cafe, and a sausage from the barbecue. Have a go at the lucky dip and the quoits. Browse the stalls and visit The Jesse Tree shop. 🎄

This past Saturday, three of our Tasmanian Clown Doctors - Dr. B Positive, Dr. Rocket, and Dr. Sherbet - participated in the MYER City of Hobart Christmas Pageant to bring smiles and happiness to the people of Hobart. This marks their 19th year involved in this cherished community event, joining around 35,000 residents of Tasmania in celebration.

As always, THANK YOU for having us! We love celebrating the holidays with you all.

**Bus Stop Alterations- Stop S- Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens**

We are very much looking forward to seeing the new Main Entrance, restaurant and visitor centre to the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens . If you are travelling on our Red Decker city loop and you have mobility disabilities or use mobility devices please let our driver know on boarding & plan ahead if you are planning to visit the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The carriageway entrance off Lower Domain Road is temporarily closed from November 2024 – February 2025. The existing stairs on Lower Domain Road will remain open, allowing direct access to the main gates. A level path entry is available 50 metres to the north. Please follow temporary signage upon arrival.

We're excited for the Myer City of Hobart Christmas Pageant taking place this Saturday 23 November from 10.30am to 12pm 🎅

🅿️ To help you plan your visit to the city we've prepared a map, showing the road closures, free parking zones and pageant route.

🛍️ If the pageant isn't for you, pop into the city for the afternoon and take advantage of the free parking, which includes our multi storey car parks and get that Christmas Shopping underway!

🚗 Free parking will also be available at the Regatta Grounds, with a free shuttle bus running every 15 minutes between 9am to 2pm.

📢 P.S It's important to remember not to park your vehicle on the pageant route prior to the road closures coming into effect. Nobody wants your car blocking their view of Bluey and Santa!
