Pre-prepared brunch dish to have after mountain biking the track above Wallaman Falls tomorrow😀.
Inspired by bagels eaten in San Fran some years ago…
Rocket, smoked salmon, capers, red onion, fetta, cucumber and tomatoes for colour😀 (avocado too when I can get my hands on a ripe one).
Secret ingredients which convert all my dishes to devine … chilli oil and lemon juice😎.
