Why not get away from it all and have a break with your family and friends in this self-contained home located in the seaside fishing town of Jurien Bay. Not only is Jurien Bay known for the fishing, but did you know we also have an 18 hole Golf Course, 4 Tennis Courts and a Cycle Track that goes for miles! This self-contained 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home has air conditioning to the main bedroom and

to the open plan kitchen/living & dining, there are also ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms. Located on Bower Street once you arrive you might as well put your car keys away as you can walk everywhere! The back yard is enclosed so this property is PET FRIENDLY, there is a BBQ and outdoor setting available for guest use and there is ample parking for the boat. Laundry facilities (sorry no dryer) and an additional freezer for the catch. Don't Worry Be Happy will sleep 7-9 Guests, the bedding arrangements are 1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Bed with 1 Single Bunk Bed, 2 Single Beds with 1 Fold Out Double Bed in the lounge area. The Loft and Shed are not accessible to guests at this stage. A holiday rental agreement is required to be completed for all bookings. The rental agreement requires details of your name, address, number of guests as well as credit card and drivers licence details. Our office requires to sight the guest/s credit card and drivers licence on arrival.Bond may be requested if under 25 yrs of age. Mastercard or Visa Card details will be required for security/bond purposes. Additional amenities include: themes budget, pets considered, dishes utensils.

We had 2 days that were not back to back booked so I was able to do lots of weeding and get my wonderful builder Ben to put up a rail in the garage with hooks to hang coats, crab nets & ocky pots. Then along a bit further two cup hooks for fishing rods. On the other side we put two cup hooks to hang your bikes as there are wonderful paths along the beach to ride on or you can explore the town or ride to the marina and see what types of fish have been caught as the boats return from their secret fishing spots. Under the rails is where you will find the dog bed if you bring your furry friend and a basket full of rackets, balls, shuttlecocks etc to keep the children happy in the large back yard. We are now fully booked until the 14th October.
