In the marketplace for leadership programs, there is increasing pressure to deliver “more” in less time.

We’ve just finished delivery of a 12-day experiential learning wilderness immersion for 28 leaders from regional, rural and remote Australia.

The commitment the participants made to grow themselves and their leadership capabilities on this program will be returned to them and their communities in spades.

We're still buzzing about this news!

🛶 Grab your paddles! Tallowa Dam Road will reopen at midday on Friday 5 July.

The project team have done an amazing job to complete major road repair works just in time for the school holidays. The extensive works to address landslip damage caused by rainstorms required excavations of the damaged sections, the installation of reinforcements to stabilise the road, as well as filling, compacting and resurfacing. The result is a safer, more resilient, road that will provide long-term access for visitors.

Thank you for your patience while this work was carried out – dust off your life jacket and we’ll see you on the water these school holidays 🦺

Tallowa Dam Road will fully reopen on Friday 5th July 2024 allowing access to Tallowa Dam and nearby recreational areas for the community and visitors in time for the July school holidays.

As you can imagine, we are thrilled for this positive news from WaterNSW to enable access to our most favourite paddling destination in Visit Kangaroo Valley in the Visit Shoalhaven region.
