🚴 We are thrilled to announce the date for the 5th edition of L’Étape Australia by Tour de France:

📆 Sunday 27th November 2022

📍 Accessible to riders new and experienced, the route will start in Wollongong, home of the 2022 UCI Road World Championships. You will travel South towards Macquarie Pass, which you will have to conquer once if you want to complete The Ride, the shorter distance, or twice if you intend to complete the flagship distance, The Race. You will then travel through the beautiful village of Jamberoo before hitting the last climb of the day, Saddleback Mountain. You will be rewarded with a stunning view over the coastline and the rolling descent towards the beautiful coastal town of Kiama.

🚵‍♂️ The Event Village, held at Coronation Park in Kiama, will open on Saturday 26th November 2022, with visitors enjoying local food and beverage and soaking up the Tour de France atmosphere!

📩 Registrations for the event will open on Wednesday 29 June 2022 and there will be a limited number of super early bird registrations.

Our 2021 Acorn Lawyers’ New Year’s Eve fireworks are all set for a 9pm display around Belmore Basin tomorrow night. Weather permitting, we'll be sending the fireworks higher this year so they're easier to see from different places across the city. You can also tune in to i98fm to listen to the fireworks soundtrack as you watch the sky light up check out the lighthouse as it projects images of our city.
