FARMHAND ROSE

Grown by the Grigoriou family in Monash Valley, South Australia, this fourth generation wine growing family produce high quality grapes that turns into smashable wines!

The grapes are grown organically on vines that are around 30 years of age and planted expansively to maximize airflow as a natural way of reducing the risks of disease. The vineyard also has minimal drip irrigation so to ensure that the yield is lower which ensures a concentration of flavour.

Harvest was completed during the early morning hours to retain freshness and then the grapes were partially whole bunch pressed. A cool fermentation (15-18 degrees) was used in stainless steel tanks.
The wine then saw a minimal time on lees for maturation before being bottled.

Red berry vibrancy and some complexing spice notes lead to a moreish palate that delivers a dry style with a clean, crisp finish.

Milly is a proud Kamilaroi woman living on Dharawal country.

She has been dot painting for about four years and is excited to share her culture and talent with everyone. Each of her paintings represents either her country and her Kamilaroi mob or holds personal symbolism through intricate designs.

Her art includes both modern Aboriginal dot painting and digital designs for sporting teams, workplaces, and more.
