A few reasons why we love our induction cooktop:

1. It’s fast and responsive. You can boil water in a couple of minutes.
2. It’s easy to clean. A quick wipe with a damp cloth across the smooth glass-ceramic surface is all you need.
3. It’s safer. There’s no flames or direct heat and no nasty chemical emissions when in use.
4. It’s more efficient. Induction is 85% efficient, compared to 75% for electric and 32% for gas (according to the EPA)
