🚫 There are some things your green bin just can’t take anymore.

👉 From now on, only food and green waste belong in this bin.🍈🍗🍤

❗ A new directive from the NSW Environment Protection Authority means that fibre-based products such as paper, cardboard, teabags will no longer be accepted.❌

✅ The good news is these changes mean it’s now much simpler to remember what goes in your green bin!

🌱 More good news: these changes mean we can create more nutrient rich compost from what we collect from green bins across the region. Better compost = healthier soil.
