We've been offline for a little while during these challenging times, but we're thrilled to be back!

❤️ The Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park play a huge role in rescuing and caring for Kangaroo Island's wildlife, especially over the past month in light of the bushfires.

The team here, along with volunteers have worked around the clock to collect impacted wildlife, provide treatment and to organise extra enclosures for rescued animals.

We are very proud to now be stopping at the Wildlife Park on our two-day tour and supporting the amazing work they do.

We have joined this fabulous campaign to encourage visitors back to Kangaroo Island following the devastating bushfires.

We're pleased to advise our two-day adventure tour is back up and running! 🙌

Commencing over the weekend, our modified itinerary has set off with a few extra special stops. We'll take you to the Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park which has been the central location for rescued wildlife over the past few weeks ❤️🐨

If you're up for a challenge take the 500 steps up to the Prospect Hill lookout, the highest point on Kangaroo Island for some incredible views. There will be lunch at Emu Bay Lavender Farm, a stop by Raptor Domain - Kangaroo Island Birds of Prey and we'll be staying in new accommodation at Penneshaw Beach.

A big thank you to our fabulous Guide Jen for these photos. We hear there was also a koala rescue mission while on tour so we'll share details of that soon as well. Awesome work Jen 🙏

We are sad to advise that our Vivonne Bay Lodge sustained significant damage in the Kangaroo Island bushfires.

Most importantly our staff are all safe as the Lodge had been safely evacuated.

For many years Vivonne Bay Lodge, located on the south coast of Kangaroo Island, has provided accommodation and meals for our wonderful Kangaroo Island Adventure Tour guests and self-drive visitors.

The full extent of the damage is still being determined and will be assessed over the coming days.

Our Kangaroo Island Adventure 2-Day Tour will resume when practicable, albeit with different accommodation until we can rebuild Vivonne Bay Lodge.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Kangaroo Island community who have been impacted by these fires.

This has got to be the cutest thing you'll see today! This is Maggie the doggo and she lives and works at Hanson Bay Wildlife Sanctuary - Kangaroo Island where we visit on our Adventure Tour. She's a great koala spotter 🐨 and as you can see, not phased in the slightest by the local wildlife. 🦔🌿
