Combined with tailored cuts, vibrant colours, brows shaped to perfection, polished nails, bronzed tans, Amasso Hair and Beauty will deliver beautiful hair and beauty services catered to you. We pride ourselves on offering you an incredible salon experience and these policies below have been put in place to ensure everything runs smoothly and you enjoy your total Amasso experience. We are happy to accept online enquiries via Facebook messenger. Please include a clear well lit photo, (preferably outside in natural light) of the back of your hair, from above of the roots and also a snapshot (or a couple!) of what you're hoping to achieve. Alternatively, you can pop into the salon in any of our opening times for a brief consultation and quote. We are happy to give you a personalised quote either in salon, or online via Messenger, however please keep in mind everyones hair is different, and each job varies. This is an ESTIMATED price. Prices my vary slightly on the day depending on hair length, thickness + time and product used on the service. You can make appointments by calling the salon on (03) 9584 1988 or contacting us via messenger. We can often get quite busy and it is best to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Appointment Confirmations. As a courtesy, we will SMS and confirm your appointment 1 business day prior to your appointment date. It is your responsibility to respond to confirm your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, you may risk having your appointment replaced as we reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments. Cancellations. Please be respectful that we often have a cancelation list that would be willing to make your appointment time if you are unable to make it. Please give us ample time to replace your appointment by cancelling 24HRS before your appointment time. If you are unable to cancel within 24HRS of your appointment time there will be a 25% cancellation fee of the reserved service amount. This also applies to drastic appointment changes. If you are booked in for a long service and you change your mind and don’t want the entire appointment, you must let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged 50% fee of your reserved service amount. Appointment Times. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you are running late, please let us know - we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment, or may not have time to complete the whole service.

We recommend stocking up on your shampoo/conditioner/ salon hair products to get you through the next couple of months as we may be asked to cease trading very soon and we don’t want you using supermarket products - even in a pandemic! We have plenty in stock and will be open until 5.30pm tonight and 9pm tomorrow 🙏🏻 @ Amasso Hair and Beauty

We are still trading but due to new regulations, as of midnight tonight we can no longer have clients in the salon for more than 30mins. If you have an upcoming appointment that is longer than 30mins please give us a call or message so we can discuss your options. We would also recommend moving any future appointments in the coming weeks earlier as we are not sure how long we will be able to trade as the regulations are changing daily.
We also recommend stocking up on your shampoo/conditioner/ salon hair products as again we may cease trading very soon and we don’t want you using supermarket products - even in a pandemic! We have plenty in stock and will be open until 5.30pm tonight and 9pm tomorrow.

Given regulations are changing daily we can not guarantee how long we will be open, if you require shampoo conditioner or any other products for yourself for future isolation or someone who currently may be in isolation that cannot purchase themselves we have lots in stock for now 🙌🏼

Current regulations are permitting hair salons to continue to run so if you have an upcoming hair appointment that is still safe. If this happens to change over the coming days we will be in touch.
However, given the close contact that comes with beauty services upstairs we have decide to cancel existing appointments in the coming days and no longer take any more beauty appointments for now. We will update on this as the situation continues.
Given social distancing is impossible within a salon environment we are taking every health and safety precaution possible to keep the salon as sanitary and safe as possible for us, and you as clients.
However is also your responsibility to CANCEL your appointment if your are feeling unwell in any capacity, have come in contact with a confirmed case of Coronavirus, or have travelled internationally within the last 14 days.
Please do not come into the salon and risk our health. As staff here we have direct relatives that are elderly and immune compromised. If you show any signs of sickness you will be asked to leave the salon immediately. Save yourself the embarrassment.

So this lovely young lady had gone to another salon a week prior with virgin hair and asked for an all over white blonde but unfortunately they didn't deliver.. Instead of bleaching the whole head they did a full head of foils which wasn't even close to the outcome she desired.. Since they already foiled and toned a lot of her hair which made it quite of a challenge for us re-bleaching and toning to her goal colour without damaging the hair (thank the hair gods for Olaplex 🙌🏼♥️) How do you think we did?! 😍
