ADVENTURE TIME!!!!!

We are having a 1-Day expedition on the Australia Day public holiday. All you need to do is rock up, we will look at the weather on the day and pick a point downwind and fly to it!!

Gear hire is available if you don’t have a motor or a wing to use.

We will sort out the return trip via a road pickup and bring you and your gear back to Knowsley Airpark.

Flight will depart first thing in the morning from Knowsley Airpark and we will fly for approx 2 hours to a selected point based on the wind for the day.

You’ll have to book in quick though as spaces are limited.

5 weeks until Christmas!!! But who's counting....... We will be taking a well earned break over the Christmas period starting on the 23rd December through to the 5th January.

Normally we aren't working on Tuesday's or Wednesday's but if there are some people who are wanting to get extra bookings in before the end of the year I am getting some EOI going for the 21st and 22nd of December and if enough people are interested I will open it up. Just flick me a message if you want to make a booking on either of these days and we will see what we can do!!

Noah Patterson-Robert spent 3 weeks with us and was able to get through his entire course without pushing hard like most 14 day courses.

Unlike other schools we offer training at your own pace with the same minimum course costs, our Stage 1 and Stage 2 booking system means that after you complete your initial training competencies and get in the air when your projected hours reach the minimum course cost you only pay for the hours you fly as you fly them!

If cost is the biggest issue preventing you from learning to fly then this is the course for you! No upfront costs and only pay as you go.

Are you thinking about a holiday? We are now offering Knowsley Airpark Expeditions! Our first trip will be in November, bookings are available online via the Knowsley Airpark website.

This will be offered for certified PPG pilots but Knowsley Airpark Instructors will be there to help you out, whether it is a tune-up with your launches or assistance with CTAF radio calls.

It's a big day today for Knowsley Airpark. We are now a fully-fledged RaAus 3-axis ( airplane ) flight school. Huge congratulations to Luke Murphy on achieving his Chief Flight Instructor rating and taking the helm of the 3-axis arm of the school.

In the next week we will have an online booking system up and running but in the meantime just give us a call to book lessons, BFR's or endorsements.

The big discussion around the lunch table today is what aircraft type should we add to the school next?
