Slowly but surely everyone is realising how much East Gippsland has to offer ☺️

We have been offered an amazing opportunity, and acquired a stunning small acreage property on the Tambo River in Swan Reach VIC. Over the coming months we'll be working to set up our Distillery in East Gippsland, and at the same time working on what will be our own on-site Hobby Farm. Get ready for gardening, planning, hatching, growing, harvesting, & researching photos! There are plans in the works for our own Lambs, Calves, Chicks, Guinea Fowl, & Bees. And on the Distillery side of things a HUGE on site orchard & botanicals garden with Mulberries, Lilly Pillies, Sloe Berries, Cherries, Figs, Lemons, the list is endless! And a dedicated Juniper plantation! We want as MUCH produce as possible to be sourced right from this land. We are so excited and can't wait to share the journey with all of you 🤍..and very importantly, there will be no interruption to supply of the most important thing...our GIN 😁 We can post any of our bottles to anywhere in AUS at any time 😉
