Owing to the bushfire at Ledge Point, Avon Waste's rubbish collection truck could not get through to the Ledge Point and Lancelin communities this morning.

Avon Waste are awaiting confirmation regarding access to Ledge Point and Lancelin before rescheduling the service.

⚠️ EVACUATION CENTRE CLOSED - Lancelin Community Sports Centre ⚠️

Time of issue: 07:19PM, 17 Mar 2025.

🏠 The Department of Communities has set up an evacuation centre at Lancelin Community Sports Centre.
🏠 Please take any essential items such as medications and identification to the evacuation centre.
🏠 Pets (except recognised assistance animals) are not allowed inside evacuation centres for health and safety reasons, so you should make alternative arrangements for them.
🏠 If this is not possible, please still proceed to the evacuation centre with your pets and await further advice.

Fantastic Crafty Crew morning. Our back room smelt like a wonderful shop of aromas. Some lovely soaps were created and will be enjoyed in some knicker drawers I hear. What I love the most is new friends were made and new ideas were created.

If you attend outside of these times we may not be able to assist if we are busy. Saturdays we have NO Centrelink Agent on site. If you show any disrespectful behaviour towards staff you will not be allowed to return to the CRC.
