We welcome guests for 7 night stays! $900/week. (excludes PH & School Holidays - including Easter). A beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath granny flat. The private entry gives you all the privacy you could want but without the exorbitant price tag. With the 2 rooms being connected by a cavity slider it’s great for when you want to be connected but have your own space. The property is owned by a very rambunctious young staffy named Inka (she owns it and allows us to live here) so it ISN'T SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN, as Inka has yet to learn personal space and just wants to be friends with everyone.
We are 10-15 mins walk from downtown but we are 'on the flat' or in 'The Village' rather than being 'Up the Hill' so it is an easy morning walk for a cuppa at the beach or Lake Ainsworth, before you start your day.
