From 8 January 2025, Australian passport holders will require an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) to enter the United Kingdom.

You can apply for an ETA if you’re:
💂 Visiting the UK for up to six months for tourism, visiting friends & family, business, or short-term study.
💂 Transiting through the UK (even without passing border control).

💂 Cost: GBP 10
💂Usually granted within 3 business days (can take longer on occasion).
💂 Valid for two years or until passport expiry.
💂 Travel as many times as you like while the ETA is valid.
