Mark your calendar for the next Maldon Market. A great way to finish off the school holidays and the Maldon in Winter festival.

With 50 stalls to browse through, there's lots of possibilities for pantry staples: sourdough bread, cheese, olive oil, wine, nuts, chocolate, pickles and spreads and seasonal fruit and veg. We'll have plants and of course arts and crafts of exceptional uniqueness and quality.

There will be plenty of places to enjoy a coffee or lunch from our delicious food makers, while listening to a local musician and browsing the fantastic produce and products on offer.

Lots of reasons to linger under the old oak tree!

Major Brad Halse was commissioned an officer with The Salvation Army in 1981, has served in various ministries across Australia and internationally. With a wealth of experience in pastoral leadership, communications, aged care, and government relations, Brad has witnessed the impactful work of The Salvation Army globally. Now retired, Brad and his wife Michelle reside in Maldon.

Maldon Museum Open Day.
During the Maldon in Winter Festival we are hosting an Open Day at the Museum on Sunday 7th July from 11:30am to 4:00pm.
Come along and have a good look at our unique collection of artefacts in the Exhibition Hall. Volunteers will be present and busy in all aspects of work that goes into the, preservation and conservation of Maldon and District’s history.
You will able to talk with volunteers about their work and how to get involved if you would like. Areas covered will include, museum guides, data entry, research, indexing, cataloguing, scanning, family and property history, and archiving.
Admission is by a gold coin donation.

Walk Maldon’s Living Treasures - Tomorrow Sunday 30th June 10am.

All are welcome to join Maldon Urban Landcare (MULGA) tomorrow in a walk around some of Maldon's Living Treasures.

It will be a 1.5-2hr walk to Bill Woodfull Reserve, the Maldon Primary School and St. Brigid’s Catholic Church.

10am start. Meet at the Rotunda in the Shire Gardens
