To protect our abundant wildlife that often greet our guests, we do not allow pets. Complimentary cup of food provided. Full kitchen incl Espresso coffee machine, perfect for mornings by the river. (there is also a Nespresso pod machine-byo pods)
In the afternoon, enjoy making freshly baked bread with complimentary mix for the bread machine. Lower Main living has Smart TV with Netflix, wifi, DVD Player and TV in courtyard with wireless Bluetooth connection to speakers, assorted games, DVD and CD’s.

8 bifold glass doors open up to the central courtyard and outside kitchen/6 burner gas bbq, pizza oven and Weber with complimentary charcoal. Convenient low mesh fence with gate to yard to keep the little ones in. Toast complimentary marshmallows or just relax around the firepit. Shaded lawn to the sandy river’s edge and a huge private 6mx4m covered jetty/pontoon perfect for family get togethers or just relaxing, swimming or ‘no speed restrictions’ waterskiing. Levee walking track:
A raised walking trail situated across the road from Bolshack43 and follows the river/backwaters for several kms. Perfect for the health conscious for a run or an easy family stroll or bike ride (byo bikes)

3-5 min walk to Mannum ferry to the quaint Main Street offering hotels, club, lawn bowls, supermarket, bakeries, boutique shops including the NEW gourmet Looove Cheese shop and water sport hire. Walk or drive onto the Ferry, its free and open 24/7.
