Join us for the Mannum Christmas Pageant & Fireworks on Saturday, December 7th - a magical evening filled with holiday cheer! 🎅🎉

🎠 Festivities start at 5:00 PM with a lively atmosphere on Randell Street, featuring food and craft stalls, face painting, and plenty of holiday shopping for the whole family.

🎉 The Christmas Pageant kicks off at 6:00 PM, showcasing colourful floats, festive costumes, and the joyous spirit of our local community. Wave hello to Santa and all your favourite characters!

🎇 The evening ends with a bang! At 9:00 PM, the sky above Mannum will light up with a spectacular fireworks display you won’t want to miss.

🎨👩‍🎨🖌 New Exhibition in Mannum 🎨👩‍🎨🖌

Come and check out this new exhibition by Sarah Ellis-Steinborner, her first solo exhibition.

Following the 2023 floods, these pieces capture the river’s vibrant beauty, showcasing its resilience and grace. Amidst the challenges of the ongoing drought, these works celebrate the enduring spirit of the river, revealing its power and tranquility even in times of scarcity.

A prolific artist this exhibition features in excess of 40 pieces – all affordable and perfect to adorn the walls of shacks, holiday homes and houseboats. The pieces are also available for purchase and take-home, ideal for visitors to the region as unique souvenirs and Christmas gifts.

The Arnold Gallery as part of the Mannum Dock Discovery Centre at 6 Randell Street, Mannum, is open every day (except Christmas Day) and entry to the gallery is free.

🚢 Important Update: PW Mayflower Cruise Schedule 🚢

Due to the extreme weather forecast for Saturday, 16 November, the PW Mayflower will not be cruising that day. However, we’re still set to cruise on Sunday, 17 November at 10:30am and 1:00pm!

Come aboard the PW Mayflower, the oldest paddle wheeler in South Australia, built in 1884, for a scenic journey from Mannum along the beautiful Murray River.

🌊 Enjoy complimentary tea and coffee, and relax as the Captain provides insightful commentary about the river’s history. Bar facilities are available on board, and you’ll be treated to stunning views and the ever-changing landscape along the river.
