Inside Asia have just launched a new group tour that follows a very similar itinerary to the tour that Gemma experienced. The new tour has a 10 day/9 night itinerary which ventures to Seoul, Jeonju, Busan and Gyeongju. Features include a dedicated guide, a more relaxed pace than many group tours, and with plenty of opportunities for clients to have time to explore on their own as well.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY TRAVEL TIPS 📝
1. Pre-book airport parking
Melbourne Airport is currently undergoing construction to upgrade facilities for guests. This has resulted in a number of parking spaces being closed for the foreseeable future. To avoid stress, pre-book your parking to ensure spaces will be available when you are travelling.
2. Arrive early
Airports are extra busy over holiday periods, particularly Christmas! Arriving to the airport with plenty of time will enable you to easily find a carpark and make your way through security before your flight. Here are our recommendations:
International Economy Class - 3.5 hours prior to departure
International Business Class - 2.5 hours prior to departure
Domestic Class - a minimum of 1.5 hours prior to departure
3. Utilise Online Check-In
Check-in online for all flights where possible. This can be accessed via your airlines 'Online Check-In' link. To access your booking, use your airline booking reference and your surname. You will be able to access and amend seating and meal preferences and view any time changes.
Also Double Check:
- Dates and times are correct
- Passport validity (you must have 6 months validity from your return into Australia)
- You have applied for any necessary visas
- Have you checked with your doctor if you need a letter for any prescription medication that you take?

Kings Canyon heli ride
Botanica - Santiago, Chile
Beautiful..
A sample of the incredible Tango - born here in Argentina in the 1880’s.
Just a snippet of the sheer volume of water… and this is a “low” volume!
Best time to visit Iguazu Falls :
High season is from October until March, with October usually seeing the Falls at their highest records, but the crowds are massive and everything is going to take a little longer. Avoid the tourists en masse and travel out of the high season…April is a great time to visit. Expect rain at any time of year - it’s a very green, luscious jungle with a tropical climate.
Ask for assistance in booking your Iguazu Falls trip - this had been on my wish-list for many years and I’m so glad that I have experienced this now to pass onto my clients. South America delivers every time in awe-inspiring fashion!
Helicopter ride over the Falls!
Incredible views from our heli ride today!
Tokyo Tower by night
Pretty magical 🥰
Day 1 : Arrival day and bullet train to the mountains
Our first trip on the Shinkansen from Tokyo station to Nagano. Loved how fast, efficient and enjoyable this was… what an impressive transport system!
Rather than ask Gemma where she has travelled to, you’d be better off asking where is left for her to explore. Fiercely curious, Gemma has lived and worked in three different continents. Add to that, 20-odd other countries she has visited.
After being a resident of the UK for twenty years, Gemma traded in cups of tea for Cosmopolitan cocktails and put roots down in the United States of America.
While living in Vali, Colorado, Gemma explored everything America had to offer, from the vast desert of Utah to the awe-inspiring Rockies. “I love the diversity of the USA!” Gemma says. “It offers something for every type of traveller.”
If you haven’t yet gathered, Gemma loves the outdoors and getting back to nature. Take for example, the time she went walking through the African bush, and spotted a huge bull elephant watching her from the other side of the river. Or when she stumbled across a little lion cub, hiding behind a rock, waiting for its mother to return with the spoils of an early morning hunt. “Once you have experienced Africa, it stays with you forever,” she says.
Despite having explored so much of the world, Gemma says she rates travelling here in Australia, just as highly. Last year, she was fortunate enough to experience an air safari over Lake Eyre and through Wilpena Pound, in the Flinders Ranges. “What amazed me most of all was the colours of our landscape and the breathtaking scenery,” says Gemma. “I’m passionate about selling Australian experiences. I especially love the Kimberley and its diversity!” From flying over the Bungle Bungles to staying in the Eco Beach Resort, Gemma can offer an Australian experience to suit your style.
Though knowledgeable in many areas, adventure travel is her expertise. She loves sending people to explore unusual destinations. “I’m currently working on an itinerary for Azerbaijan, Georgia and Kyrgyzstan!”
You’ve got to see her face light up in person, to get a feel for just how zealous this travel manager is.
