You can take cooking classes and enjoy the food you’ve prepared, or explore other dining experiences.
Depending on your budget and food preferences, apps like Fork can help you choose restaurants.

Alternatively, I recommend looking for busy local spots away from main tourist areas for a more authentic experience.

Do you ever watch a movie or series and love the locations? 🎬
Destination Travel is all about screen-inspired adventures! We’re pictured at Bakehouse Close, an iconic Outlander filming location on Edinburgh’s Royal Mile.
This historic close was Jamie’s print shop in Season 3, Episode 6 “A. Malcolm” - the site of Claire and Jamie’s romantic reunion. Dating back to 1570, it’s a perfectly preserved slice of old Edinburgh.

We did try and open the door Jamie wasn’t there 😂

This is an old photo taken in the Volcanoes National Park Rwanda just after I had completed a Gorilla Trek a few years back, how good was it well the look says it all.

I am heading back in 2025 and taking a few travellers with me. This carefully designed itinerary with Bench Africa is the ultimate bucket list trip, with the option to finish with the same Gorilla Trek.
