As this week is Reconciliation week it has had me reminiscing about my time spent in Nhulunbuy in the Northern Territory. It was at this time that I took part in the third ever Reconciliation week this country had seen. Now I reflect back on my time spent Arnhem Land I feel very grateful to have been given that opportunity to learn first hand about our country and see feel experience and taste many of our native bush foods. A few years back well maybe that and perhaps a few more… I was inspired to experiment with some Australian Native bush foods and see what delicious flavours we could bring to the table. The winner was our Wattleseed & Wild Honey Fudge blending Australian Wattleseed sourced directly from the Farm with Raw honey from our very own bees. Delicious

This book was launched yesterday by guest speaker Tim Bull and it has been a labour of love for Christiane over a period of time.

The recipes are easy to understand and look simply delicious! We are definitely looking forward to cooking our way around East Gippsland. It would make a fabulous gift too!
