We have been busy expanding our hose and hose fittings range, we stock all types of hose that meets most needs, including wash down, suction, spray hose, drum hose and layflat hose, and locally made all metal hd hose reels.

So today we had our new phone system installed, and we probably had a few missed calls during the changeover, but overall it went very well, there will be a few kinks to iron out as we get used to the new system, but let's hope we have no more Telstra drop outs.

Power out again, too many times in the Mclaren Vale region, we will keep trading as long as the batteries hold out. At least we can't blame telstra for no phones this time. We do not know when it is due back on.

Lately we have been having a lot of ongoing issues with our phone lines dropping out when we answer a call, Telstra have advised us that it is our fault, so we are currently working towards upgrading our phone system to a non telstra supplier, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope that this will be rectified very soon. If you do experience a drop out then please redial as it generally gets through.

After the large storm last night we are still without power in the building, with no timelines on when it may be up and running again, therefore we will not be able to process any cash sales until we get our power back, we apologise for the inconvenience but it is out of our control.
