I’m excited to announce that Blake Travel has a new Full Time Leadership/sales role available! This unique role is offering the successful applicant a paid salary plus sales bonuses to work full time from home with flexible hours! This role is for a Travel Agent with more than 5 years’ experience, looking to either continue or develop leadership experience whilst being able to have the work life balance of working from home - or anywhere and ditching the 9-5 grind.
This role has been designed to offer space for me to step away from the day-to-day business and team leadership so I can focus more on being a company director as the brand continues to grow at an exceptionally fast pace.
The successful applicant will:
- Have more than 5 years’ experience as a Travel Agent - Leadership experience preferred but not essential
- Sell a minimum of $150,000 per month and have KPI reports to show this
- Be available to be on call from time to time
- Have an extensive and loyal client base
- Pride yourself on offering 5-star customer service
- Are willing to work a minimum of 30 hours a week
- Can comfortably achieve a minimum of 25 New enquires per month
- Lead by example in their sales, customer service and leadership
- Have extensive experience in multiple destinations, boutique and luxury travel suppliers
- Work productively and efficiently from home to meet sales target
- Be a confident support to company director
- Oversee company marketing and finance
- Lead team meetings and assist, guide and support team in reaching their sales targets
- Is available to join our team in January
- Have an unwavering passion and love for travel
- Be excited to spend more time with your children and loved ones
- Most importantly you will be bring an amazing positive energy to our team. Our team environment is MOST important to me.

Last month we were lucky enough to call @oceaniacruises Marina Home. What an amazing experience whilst cruising the wild Arctic Circle exploring #greenland and #iceland. The Verandah suite was very spacious with 2 showers - one normal and one over the bath and a wonderful balcony to watch Icebergs float by.
