Newly renovated in January 2022, this stylish 3 bedroom family beach home is located in Dromana. Large alfresco lounge & dine area to seat 8 people.

In. Inside is a lounge & dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space for guests to spread out and relax. Sleeps 7 people across 3 bedrooms. BED LAYOUT:
Bedroom 1: 1x Queen size bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x King size bed which can configure to 2 x king single beds. Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with a trundle

Port a cot and baby bed linen available upon request.

And the star of the show is the inground hot tub which seats six, has Bluetooth speakers and lights up like a disco! The large deck also has an outdoor lounge and outdoor dining for 10! The large backyard with swing set will also keep the kids entertained.

The lounge, kitchen and dining area will be sure to impress. High end seating in the lounge will ensure comfort and relaxation. Stone bench tops and top of the range appliances including a Bosch fridge with ice machine and filtered water. All the small appliances you will need as well as a pantry stocked with staples to ensure a comfortable first night stay. Bench seating will have the family together for meal times along with our inside dining area for 4 which sits opposite European laundry with washer/dryer.

The main bathroom is definitely one of the stand out features in this fully renovated beach house. Large shower with ceiling shower head as well as a hand held shower head. Floating vanity with plenty of storage space & a heated towel rail. Day spa inspired, you’ll feel fully relaxed after using this beautiful bathroom. All natural, Australian Made bath products are also included.

Bedroom 2 configures from a KS bed to 2 x King Single beds.
Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a trundle. Toys and books are also available to guests.
Both bedrooms have SMART TV’s.
