I have a nice view looking at Melbourne’s Port Phillip Bay 😵‍💫😂🐟🤪
After 12 years or more putting up with Diverticulitis it was time to have laparoscopic surgery. Cut out bad part of lower intestine and rejoin.
There are so many people who I have met over the years who has it from young and old.

From having a 4 hour surgery yesterday and then being greeted with a beautiful bay in the morning is just making me super excited to do what I do best without any interruptions 🐟FISHING 🐟🤛❤️

Em has mastered hand stands and now teaching Em to do pull ups and now she has new rings. Hardest part is I have to show her but is the greatest excuse to do what I loved years ago 👍👍 😂🤛🤛

Sexy Ass
The big girl getting taken to the change rooms and getting new nice fresh black anti foul underwear as well as a new fairing block Airmar transducer.
Just before this I quickly took her out after getting the Props touched up and top speed she was doing 71kph.
Economical speed was around 40-50 kph doing 3200 - 3800 rpm

A 🥃 holder just for me just for the driveway as most know I never have drink on the boat unless I’m tied up and even then it’s 1 beer.
Bare spot now since the Furuno 588 has gone to a new home and thinking what Big Lowrance/Simrad is going to fit here 😂😂
12 inch units seems a tad small now.
And just to let people know I will be out of action until September due to having surgery but I will still have someone running my Girl but only for Groups of min 8. Max 12

Cheers and if you think I have been doing nothing most of the time when I haven’t been working on our boat I have gone back to how I use to be and doing personal Family trips on the Squid during this normal Winter weather recharging myself 👍👍

This is my Dad back in the early 60s.
This fish was caught in the Carlton River / Carlton Tasmania.
Dad seen 3 of these and 1 took the bait and no one even the old professional fishos can put a name to it.

Loving this back to how I started scenario fishing in Melbourne.
I used to fish flat out for Squid so many years ago now and then convert them to Snapper.
Now finally I have a tad of time to do my old passion and get my Family a good feed for ourselves.
Feels like a long service leave to recharge the batteries and loving researching and do what I have done for years and not be a follower also costing bu**er all with my new Yamaha 70.

And can’t wait until prime time Snapper Season even though I will be chasing Winter Snapper as I always have 👍👍👍

Must say I totally enjoyed it and brings back memories of the days when I started fishing in Melbourne driving a 4.5 metre pocket rocket tinny that is 5.2 metres shorter than my big Girl and uses only 10 lph compared to 50 lph 😂💪

And a huge thanks to George from Yummy pizza & Kebabs
5, 300 Heatherhill Rd, Frankston for all the awsome and unexpected Pizzas for everyone.
Hopefully Brett can continue this experience for all the young legends to have a great day out.
