Situated in a quiet court, this neat 3 bedroom Family Holiday Home sleeps 5 with off-street parking, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom with bath and separate shower plus two living areas. Situated in convenient Rosebud only 1.5km from the front beach and shopping district, the house is available for rent throughout the summer. Bedding configuration is:

There is a small enclosed rear yard with plenty of shade perfect for the kids to play, and is equipped with a BBQ for summer entertaining. The kitchen includes fridge, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster plus dishwasher. Any condiments in the pantry are available for your complimentary use. Each living room has a TV, and there is a DVD player with a DVD library, books, and some board games to keep the family entertained when Melbourne does its weather thing! In addition to the Rosebud front beach and jetty, other local attractions include:
- patrolled surf beaches at Portsea, Sorrento and Gunnamatta
- local cinema, cafes and restaurants
- Rosebud Public Golf Course only 3.5km away, with the Dunes, Moonah Links and many of Victoria's other top golf courses near by
- the vineyards of Red Hill and surrounds
- Trail rides and charter fishing
- Point Nepean National Park
- Red Hill markets and other local craft/produce markets
Pets are invited but must be approved so please enquire prior to booking if you want to bring your furry friend. An additional cleaning levy will apply. Linen is NOT provided so please bring your own bed-sheets and towels. Doonas and pillows are provided. This home is non-smoking. RATES

Over the school holidays, a 1 week minimum booking is required. Throughout term-time the minimum stay is 3 nights but has been priced equivalent to 2 nights in other properties near by to allow you to have the entire day on both Saturday and Sunday. Check in is 2pm and check out is 10am. This property is not available to groups aged under 25 and cannot sleep more than 5 people. We have a 'no schoolies policy' and will only let to families, couples and mature groups.
